The British Trust for Ornithology has launched their ‘Birds in Greenspaces’ project, a UK-wide citizen science survey of birds that use our public-access green spaces.

If you’re not already a BTO member, you just sign up and then download the app. From here, you can record the birds you see in your local green space. It’s nice and simple!

The project runs from April 1st to June 30th and the information collated will provide guidance on effective greenspace management for birds and people, so it’s really worthwhile.`
