Plans to replace a mitigation pipe on the Widewater Lagoon in Lancing are the focus of a BBC story.

Water levels dropped severely during the summer courtesy of a broken pipe, with local fish and birdsspecies affected.

The Environment Agency will now replace the mitigation pipe and its timber frame, with work due to begin on Monday and expected to last until the end of March.
